Check-in after 2pm. Check-out before 10am.

Minimum Stay

Wilsford House has a two night minimum stay. If however, you wish to stay only one night, you will be charged at the equivalent rate of a two night stay. The inclusions remain the same.

Occupancy

The overnight rate for Wilsford House is consistent regardless of guest numbers. The House can cater for a total of 6 guests. Children occupying beds are included in this total.

Infants & Children

We welcome children of all ages. Please note that children occupying a bed are counted towards the total guests allowed to stay at Wilsford House (Total 6x guests). Infants are not included in the headcount and one complimentary highchair and cot is available for use during your stay.

Smoking

Smoking inside of Wilsford House and on its grounds is prohibited. Cleaning fees will apply if this condition is breached. Wilsford House is a smoke free property.

Pets

While we love our furry friends, we regret that we do not allow pets..

Cancellations and Changes

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellations with more than 30 days notice before arrival: all monies will be refunded minus a 20% cancellation fee. This cancellation fee will be waived if you move your booking to an available date. Note: Only one complimentary date change can be made after the original booking.

Cancellation and/or amendments within 30 days of arrival will forfeit all monies paid. Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all bookings to provide adequate protection against unforeseen circumstances and cancellation of travel.

Payment Policy

We accept credit card payment via phone and online payments with Visa and Mastercard only, we are unable to process cash or direct bank transfer.

Key Box

We do not request a bond, however on confirmation of booking you will be required to produce a credit card to be recorded for security purposes. It will be used to pay for any additional costs incurred, including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared i.e. any breach of these conditions.

Security Bond

Self check-in details are provided by email once full payment is made for your stay. You will also be sent a text message within 7 days of your stay re-confirming your self check-in details.

No Shows

If you fail to check-in by midnight on your scheduled arrival day, we will consider that as a no show. There are no refunds for no shows.

General

For safety reasons, our maintenance staff reserve the right to enter the property at any time to repair any fault.

Loss of Keys will incur a $50.00 replacement charge.

You acknowledge that we do not accept liability for any injury, damage, loss, additional expenses and disruptions due to electrical storms, bushfires or other acts of God caused directly or indirectly by events, which are beyond our control and agree not to make any claim in relation thereto.

Privacy Policy

You agree that regardless of your length of stay there is no tenancy or other rights created under any Landlord or Tenant laws and there are no such laws that apply to your stay.
